Objectives
Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement fundamental tools and techniques for operational excellence, uphold rigorous quality management standards, ensure Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance, engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles—ultimately fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, sustainability, and ethical responsibility.
